When we want that our life will be healthy we shouldn't eat a sort of food too much we should have a balanced diet. We need to eat 5 times in a day and the most important is breakfast. In between every meal we should eat something small, like some fruits or some snacks but we shouldn't eat to much sugar.
Eexercise:
A healthy diet is not enought for us, we need to make some exercises every day. We need to do some activites at least 1 hour per day. The activities can be different, for example, running, going for a walk, doing exercises or maybe having a football or tennis training.
Drugs:
A very big enemy of a healthy life are drugs. When we take drugs we can damage our body and drugs very of often take is in problems with parents, police and other people.
Tip:
When u will accept this rules u will live healthy. I good tip is that u take care of yourself. Everthing you do shouldn't be too much for you, because you need to think about what can happen to you or maybe how u will hurt yourself.
