HEALTHY LIFE




  FOOD:

 The most important meal in the day is breakfast. You must eat them every morning. For the breakfas you shouldn't eat candys or sweets. you should eat fruit or no sugar cerals. You must avoid junk food like hamburger, pizza... Your food shuldn't contains a lot of  fat or sugar. You should eat a lot of protein, carbohydrates ...

EXERCISE:

 You mustn't spend all tim in fron of TV. You shuld do some exercise because is good for your posture. If you can you should walk to school or work. In  your free time sometimes you should play foodball, volleyball...
