              RADIO

  Radio was invented in the end of 19th century and the inventor was Nikola Tesla. He lived from 1856 to 1943 and he was a serbian american inventor, electrical engineer, and physict.  I think that people were happy and excited about the invetion they heard news . Today people use radio to listen to the news  and music. I  use it everyday.

Healthy life

Food:
When we want that our life will be healthy we shouldn't eat a sort of food too much we should have a balanced diet. We need to eat 5 times in a day and the most important is breakfast. In between  every meal we should eat something small, like  some fruits or some snacks but we shouldn't eat to much sugar.



Eexercise:
A healthy diet is not enought for us, we need to make some exercises every day. We need to do some activites at least 1 hour per day. The activities can be different, for example, running, going for a walk, doing exercises or maybe having a football or tennis training.

Drugs: 
A very big enemy of a healthy life are drugs. When we take drugs we can damage our body and drugs very of often take is in problems with parents, police and other people.


Tip:

When u will accept this rules u will live healthy. I good tip is that u take care of yourself. Everthing you do shouldn't be too much for you, because you need to think about what can happen to you or  maybe how u will hurt yourself.

HEALTHY LIFE




  FOOD:

 The most important meal in the day is breakfast. You must eat them every morning. For the breakfas you shouldn't eat candys or sweets. you should eat fruit or no sugar cerals. You must avoid junk food like hamburger, pizza... Your food shuldn't contains a lot of  fat or sugar. You should eat a lot of protein, carbohydrates ...

EXERCISE:

 You mustn't spend all tim in fron of TV. You shuld do some exercise because is good for your posture. If you can you should walk to school or work. In  your free time sometimes you should play foodball, volleyball...


Healthy Life Style

         School rules:

-At our school we can't use our phones and i don't think that phones will never be allowed at school.
- Usually we get some healthy food but sometimes not really.
-We have to wear slippers every day.
-We musn't be late for your class.
-Teachers don't allow us to run at the hallway because they don't want us to get hurt.
-Some students come to school by bus some just walk because they live very close.








Sports:
-Its good if you take a walk everyday or maybe run a little.
-Eat some healthy food don't eat too much fat because it isn't so good for your body.

SPORTS

Sportsmen mustn't eat 2 hours before training . They should sleep enough. The most important is breakfast. They need minerals such as carbohydrates. They should eat three times a day.                                                        
Teenage sportsmen
Vitamins and minerals are very important, when you are teenager because your body is growing. Two most important minerals are calcium and iron. You need calcium for strong bones and teeth. So if you just train and doesn't have balenced diet, it doesn't be enough.                                                                       Rok M.

Everybody should live a healthy life especially teenagers. They should eat healthy food, do a lot of sports and don't take drogs.                                


           FOOD
Teenagers should have 5 meals a day. They should have balanced diet. That meants that they should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, meat and avoid junk food and drinks like hamburgers, pizza and cocacola.

DRUGS
Teenagers should't take drugs and smoke beacuse if they will that will damage their brain and lungs or they might get cancer. They will also live on average 7- 10 years less tha non-smokers.



SPORTS
Teenagers should do exercieses a least half hour a day and they will be fitter, healthier and happier than people who don't.

SLEEPING : 

Sleeping is most important thing to you refil your energy. 
You must sleep 8-10 hours if you are teenager if you are adult man or woman you must sleep 7-8 hours 
   
BREAKFAST : 


You must have breakfast every morning because you will be more concentrated in the class and you will study easier. 

LUNCH: 

You should eat food like :  
-pasta,       -vegetables,
-bread,      - fruit,... 
-soup, 
-meat, ... 

SPORTS: 

You must do exercise  three times a week about 60 minutes to be a healthy and fit .
