HEALTHY LIFE

                                         HEALTHY LIFE 



SLEEPING : 

Sleeping is most important thing to you refil your energy. 
You must sleep 8-10 hours if you are teenager if you are adult man or woman you must sleep 7-8 hours 
   
BREAKFAST : 


You must have breakfast every morning because you will be more concentrated in the class and you will study easier. 

LUNCH: 

You should eat food like :  
-pasta,       -vegetables,
-bread,      - fruit,... 
-soup, 
-meat, ... 

SPORTS: 

You must do exercise  three times a week about 60 minutes to be a healthy and fit .
