
Everybody should live a healthy life especially teenagers. They should eat healthy food, do a lot of sports and don't take drogs.
Teenagers should have 5 meals a day. They should have balanced diet. That meants that they should eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, meat and avoid junk food and drinks like hamburgers, pizza and cocacola.
DRUGS
Teenagers should't take drugs and smoke beacuse if they will that will damage their brain and lungs or they might get cancer. They will also live on average 7- 10 years less tha non-smokers.
Teenagers should do exercieses a least half hour a day and they will be fitter, healthier and happier than people who don't.
