HEALTHY LIFE
SLEEPING:
- you should get enaugh sleep, an adoult should sleep from 7-8 ours, a child from 8-10 ours,
- you should also have the right size of the bed
BREAKFAST:
-for breakfas you should eat some fruit, some cereal and drink some milk,
LUNCH:
- for lunch you should eat something that has a lot of carbohydrates like pasta
- you should:
- soup,
- bread,
You must do every day exercise at least one hour a day
