                              HEALTHY LIFE

People have different ways of describing a healthy lifestyle. But for most, it means living life in a way that helps the person to be both physically and emotionally healthy. Many things go into creating a healthy lifestyle, including:
  • Positive Relationships
  • Appropriate Exercise
  • Proper Nutrition
  • Adequate rest
SCHOOL:
-You shouldn`t smoke. Teacher might see you and tell your parents.
-You should study every day. You might have a bad marks.
-You should`t scream. You might disturb others.
-You should wear the right slippers or you might fall and hurt yourself.

FOOD:
-You should eat breakfast every day.
-You should eat fruit and vegetables.
-You should have 5 meals a day.
-You shouldn`t eat a lot of sugar and fat.
