BALANCED DIET:
Breakfast is the most important meal.
They should eat a lot of vitamins and minerals. they get it from frouit and vegetables. 50% of their diet should be a carbohydrates. Don't eat a lot of sweets and fat. Don't forger about the proteins. Try to avoid junk food.
EXERCISE:
Teenagers should do a lot of sport. Do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. For example walk instead of taking a bus. Don't forget the sport shoes that will fit properly.
DRUGS:
People who smoke die younger. If you don't smoke try to avoid smoky places. Don't take drugs and dring alcohol.

If you will live healthy you will live longer and better life. You will be better and school, because your brains will have enough energy.
