 HEALTHY LIFE
1 Drugs
Don't start smoking because if you do you will die younger. Other people's smoke is also bad for you, so try to avoid places that are smoky. Don't drink alcohol.
                 

2 Balance diet
Avoid junk food. You should eat breakfast. Junk food contanins a lot of salt. Vegatables contain vitamnis and minerals. Teemagers should eat three meals a day.
   

3 Exercise 
Healthy people exercise for thirty minutes a day.You don't  need to do strenuous exercise. You should walk on stairs, you  should   walk to school and work, you should cycle and go swimming.
